• Account information: Email address and password used by authorised staff to log in to the App.
• Customer & order data entered by staff: Customer names, phone numbers, project/site addresses, quotation and billing details, item and pricing information, expenses, and payment records.
• Device & usage data: Basic technical information (such as app version and crash diagnostics) required to keep the App running reliably.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate staff and provide secure access to the App.
• To create, store, and manage quotations, estimates, bills, and customer records.
• To generate PDF documents for customers.
• To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the App.

3. How Information Is Stored

Data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) services provided by Google LLC. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to authorised users. 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information is not shared with third parties except:

• With service providers (such as Google Firebase) that host and operate the App on our behalf.

We retain business and customer records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of specific records by contacting us.

6. Security
